New class alert!!
For the past few months, I've been teaching a power lunch Pop Pilates class at the local college. The feedback has been great and participants are telling me how it's a no-brainer. It's a great way to fit in exercise with some accountability and it is a great excuse to get away from the desk and end the workweek on a high note.
With that, I'm happy to introduce my new class, Strength without Weights. This class is aimed at showing how easily we can eliminate the excuses we often tell ourselves. We take a short 30-minutes to workout WITHOUT any equipment at all. There are so many bodyweight moves we can do and I plan on rotating through quite a bit.
We'll be starting with the basics in this class so it's absolutely perfect for beginners. But it's also a nice refresher for those who are not new to fitness. And, because we love options and safety around here, it's a great choice for anyone who is recovering from an injury.
I decided to do a strength training class instead of my usual Pop Pilates to go along with The Daily 12. The Daily 12 is a HIIT workout and it will definitely kickstart your New Year's goals.
