I want to help everyone, but I don't work with just anyone.

I want to help EVERYONE. My dream is to get everyone to a place in life where they wake up energized, feeling confident and loving life, and know they are fucking resilient.


I don't work with just anyone.


Being "picky" about the people I work with is a choice I've made so that I can be a better coach for my clients. If I'm constantly spending my time researching and programming areas that I have little to no experience with then I'm going to lack in my areas of expertise, like injury rehab and weight loss. AND I don't work with people who are super on the fence about getting healthy or those who want a quick fix.


Potential client: "I don't think right now is a good time to start. Winter is coming and I don't want to have to get the car out or slip on the ice."

Me: *Thinking about whether to explain how fitness will decrease the chances of slipping on ice and that we have the option to train virtually*

Potential client: "And I am in pain all of the time. Everything just hurts."

Me: *Thinking how becoming stronger will decrease inflammation and strengthen joints*

Also me: "Okay."


I'm here to bust excuses, yes, but I also can't transform a pile of poo into a diamond. If I took on everyone who had a reason to not put in the work, I would dread every interaction and would be doing those people and the rest of my clients a disservice. I'd be mentally done the moment I woke up.


So who do I work with?


I primarily work with women who used to exercise consistently and are now less active due to an injury or pain. I only work with people who are ready to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. There are no quick fixes here; it is going to take time.
