Getting back to simple.

If you're anything like me, you tend to overcomplicate and dwell on something to the point that you become frustrated because you feel in over your head. Yep, I did this with my business in the beginning that I actually didn't start it for the longest time.


I felt like I needed to have all of the information because I wasn't going to hire people to do the work for me when I had the time and, frankly, "needed" to save the money. I still tend to be this way. And let me point out, I think there's a lot we can do ourselves. I'm learning now, though, that time and energy are what it boils down to.


You see, I HATE!!! writing social media posts. Hate it. I would rather write blog posts (psst... I've actually been enjoying writing these posts). The point is, I hate it so much. I was reading about calls to action, hooks, creating value, blah, blah, blah.


Pull the curtain back for Stephanie.


I found Stephanie. She writes social media content. Alright, I caved. Thinking I would give it a try just to take the angst away from spending the entire 7 hours it took me to write so-so social media posts for the week. OMG!!! What a lifesaver.


I quickly realized how much stress I was creating by overcomplicating the process when this whole time, Stephanie was out in the universe doing the very thing I didn't want to learn anything about.


I got back to simple by taking that stress off my plate and bringing in someone who does this very thing.
