The one where I tripped again and again.

I was out for a run. Everything was going well until it happened. I tripped on a crack. Then I tripped trying to catch myself. Then I tripped again. WTF?!!


Shit happens. Some days it's easy to get past obstacles. Other days, well, you might as well go back to bed.


Getting past obstacles gets easier with practice. As you keep moving forward and putting in the work, you build resilience. I get it. Things come up and you can let them break or derail you OR you can kick them in the a$$.


We don't have to strive for perfection or "hustle hard" every single day. We need to strive for balance. And, I promise, it DOES get easier as you get stronger mentally and physcially.
