About

Every day for 2 weeks, you'll do one core move so you can build a strong, solid foundation while reducing the risk of low back pain and injury. This is a fun challenge to get the ball rolling if you are newer to exercise or are dealing with chronic low back pain. You get to choose when to complete the day's core move. All you have to do is give 2 minutes to complete the move and you can get on with your day. Two minutes to less back pain. Two minutes to remind yourself that you are worth the work. Two minutes of mental toughness.
